Looking for a good snack to eat when you need a quick boost of energy for practice or a workout?
My mom’s granola bar recipe is a good place to start. She used to make them all the time for my volleyball tournaments when I was playing club, my team and I were very grateful.
These bars are high carb, which means they provide a lot of energy to help fuel your workouts/practices.
They’re also really easy to make and you can bring them everywhere with you.
